We will accept unopened, sealed diagnostic test kits in its original
package for up to 15 days from the date of shipment. Before
returning any product, you will need to call for a return
authorization number. Credit will be issued after the receipt and
inspection of the returned product. In no way can we accept the
return for credit of any item received more than 30 days from
shipment date. Shipping costs are not refundable unless
incorrect items were shipped. Returns sent postage due or
freight collect will not be accepted.
